Zach Patton
About
Zach believes every home has a story — and every project brings its own unique set of challenges. For him, great building isn’t reactive; it’s proactive. Anticipating obstacles, solving problems early, and creating clarity throughout the process is what separates a smooth build from a stressful one. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he studied Construction Management, Zach spent 10 years in production homebuilding refining systems, scheduling, budgeting, and large-scale project execution. That foundation sharpened his belief that discipline, process, and communication are what ultimately create freedom — for both the builder and the client. “Discipline equals freedom” isn’t just a phrase to Zach — it’s how he runs projects and leads teams. Today, he serves as Head of Sales and Operations for Blackwolf Build, overseeing client relationships, pre-construction planning, budgeting, and on-site execution. His focus is simple: deliver exceptional homes through structured process, transparent communication, and relentless attention to detail. Zach’s career has taken him across Tennessee. In 2019, he and his wife, Lindsay, welcomed their daughter, Palmer, while Zach launched a new division in Knoxville for a regional builder. After three years in East Tennessee, their growing family returned to his hometown of Nashville. Since then, they’ve welcomed three more children — Warner, Beau, and Cline — and continue building both homes and community in Middle Tennessee. In 2022, Zach was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by ProBuilder Magazine, highlighting his leadership and impact in the residential construction industry.
