The project blends Mark’s luxury home building expertise with The Curious Builder’s values of curiosity, wellness, and innovation. By integrating features like infrared saunas, cold plunges, biophilic design, and natural materials, Mysa Hus brings wellness to the forefront of residential design. But Mark’s mission doesn’t stop at the job site. In 2021, he launched The Curious Builder - a podcast and growing national platform designed to bring connection, humor, and honesty to the construction industry. What began as a microphone and a hunch that “builders have great stories to tell” has evolved into a vibrant community of builders, designers, architects, and creatives across the country. Through long-form interviews, live panels, bootcamps, and wellness events like Sauna Camp and Curious Builder Bootcamp, Mark invites guests to share not only their wins but also their struggles, lessons, and behind-the-scenes truths about entrepreneurship in the built world. Driven by a belief that “curiosity creates community,” Mark is on a mission to redefine what it means to be a modern builder.
